Notice: The Diabetes Support Group sponsored by Clearfield Hospital will hold its monthly meeting on Monday, September 14, beginning at 7:00 PM in the First Floor Conference Room.
The Diabetes Support Group is designed as a resource for individuals with Diabetes and their family members. The group encourages interaction and support from those in attendance.
