CLEARFIELD - Eleven high school students and seven adult practical nursing students were recently inducted into the National Technical Honor Society at the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center.
To attain this honor, students must first be nominated by their instructor and have two other letters of recommendation. Other criteria for induction into the honor society are as follows: (1) a 93 percent average in the CCCTC program; (2) an 85 percent in all high school courses, (3) a 95 percent attendance rate; and (4) 20 hours of community service.
High school students who were inducted were Rebecca Mabie, health occupations, West Branch; Diana Portugal, distributive education, Philipsburg-Osceola; Sarah Gallo, diversified occupations, Moshannon Valley; and Erika Keith, health occupations, Moshannon Valley.
