Clearfield Woman Faces Numerous Charges After Accident

CLEARFIELD – A 25-year-old Clearfield woman was arraigned on numerous charges, which stem from an accident that involved a motorcyclist, at her preliminary Wednesday.

The Lawrence Township Police Department reported Julie M. Cueto faces charges of assault by motor vehicle, recklessly endangering another person and driving under the influence.

Cueto attempted to pass two motorcycles. She swerved back into the right lane and struck one of the bikes before fleeing the area, according to a previous report on GantDaily.

The motorcycle’s operator suffered moderate injuries as a result of the accident.

Cueto is incarcerated at the Clearfield County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
