CLEARFIELD - Central Pennsylvania Community Action will be raffling chances for 300 gallons of heating oil from J.J. Powell, Inc. of Philipsburg. Second prize is a $50 gift card to any Snappy’s location. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Clearfield County Food Banks.
Oil chances will be sold for $3.00 each. The oil will only be delivered to the name and address on the chance. Delivery of the oil can be in either Centre or Clearfield counties and must be delivered by April 15, 2009. The drawing for the winner will be held at noon, Nov. 21, 2008 at the Clearfield main office.
