Clearfield County Farm Bureau Elects New Officials

CLEARFIELD - Ralph McClarren, a beef farmer from Decatur Township has been elected president of the Clearfield County Farm Bureau.

The Farm Bureau's board met to reorganize for the year and also named the following additional officers: Jack Riddle, Curwensville as vice president; Richard Hansel, Houtzdale as second vice president; Elizabeth Smeal, Houtzdale as treasurer; and Leon Kriner, DuBois as secretary.

The Clearfield County Farm Bureau is a voluntary organization that works to advance the interests of agriculture and rural communities. It offers numerous benefits and services to its 170 members, and is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau and the American Farm Bureau Federation.
