WILCOX - State police in Ridgway announced the capture of a fugitive from justice on Tuesday.
According to police they were contacted by the Michigan state police. The MSP advised the PSP that they had a warrant for 60-year-old Carol Ann Maneke for aggravated assault/elder abuse. Maneke was living in Wilcox.
The MSP requested that the PSP take her into custody, whey they did on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
She was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge George A. King and placed in Elk County Jail on $25,000 bail.
