Sandy Township, DuBois City PD's Team-Up to Crack Down on Aggressive Driving, Seat Belt Enforcement

DUBOIS - The Sandy Township and DuBois City Police Departments are teaming up to crack down on aggressive driving over the holiday season.

Sandy Township’s Chief of Police, Don Routch, stated at Monday night’s meeting that the township and DuBois City police would be teaming up to conduct seatbelt checks. Two details will be held in November; one in Sandy Township and one in the City of DuBois.

The township police department received a $500 grant to be used toward the fourth wave of the Pennsylvania Aggressive Driving Enforcement and Education Project.
