Athlete of the Week: 9/4 - 9/10The Gant Daily athlete of the week for 9/4 - 9/10 is Clearfield sophomore running back Isiah Morgan.
Morgan ran for 78 yards and more importantly scored four touchdowns, including the game winner in Clearfield's 39-35 come from behind victory over Brookville.
Receiving honorable mention for the week:
Adam Jury - The senior receiver from Clearfield caught 10 passes for 137 yards and threw a 66 yard touchdown pass.
Nick Sipes - Sipes rushed for 121 yards and scored all 14 of Curwensville's points, via 2 touchdowns and 2 extra points, in Curwensville's 14-12 victory over Elk Count Catholic.
Justin Shive - The senior signal caller from West Branch led the Warriors to a come from behind victory 28-21 over rival Mo Valley. Shive threw for 123 yards and a touchdown.
