Clearfield Area School District, Clearfield Hospital to Host H1N1 Flu Clinic

CLEARFIELD - An H1N1/Swine flu clinic will be held at the Clearfield Area Middle School Gymnasium on Nov. 7.

The event is sponsored by Clearfield Hospital and the Clearfield Area School District. The event runs from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
for Clearfield Area School District Students, St. Francis School Students and Christian Missionary Alliance School Students

Students under 10 years of age require two (2) vaccines. A second clinic will be scheduled in early December for these students.

ALL STUDENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN
